That's exactly what I was thinking. Anet is funded by NCsoft, who can afford to set up tournaments and get enough sponsors to help. I doubt Fury has anywhere near the financial support NCsoft can offer, so they must seek 3rd party support in tournament hosting. I'd say 3rd party tournaments are a necessity, not a choice.
